This action was instituted in the district court of Osage county by Lucinda. West Chambers and Betty Louise Shaffner and Imogene Shaffner, minors, by their father and next friend, Leonard Shaff-ner, and by their guardian ad litem, G. K. Sutherland, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against Sophia West Savage, hereinafter referred to as defendant, for the purpose of enforcing an oral agreement relating to division of the estate of Charles West, deceased. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiffs’ amended petition, and they have perfected an appeal to this court.
