{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment denying the request of appellant, Sunday Zidonis, for a writ of mandamus to compel appellee, Columbus State Community College (“Columbus State”), to provide access to its complaint files, litigation files, and certain e-mails and to award statutory damages and reason able attorney fees. Because the court of appeals did not err in denying the requested extraordinary relief, we affirm the judgment.
