*914 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding is before the Court upon a complaint to except certain debts from defendant’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) and § 528(a)(6). After a trial on April 8,1993, this Court entered an order abating its decision in this proceeding until a motion for rehearing filed by plaintiff in the Circuit Court for Putnam County, Florida, had been heard.
