INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Annette Cortigiano (“Cortigiano”), Randall Reede (“Reede”) and Alfred Roberts (“Roberts”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”), filed this putative class action lawsuit against Oceanview Manor Home for Adults (“Oceanview”), an adult care facility, and its operator and administrator, Joseph Rosenfeld (“Rosenfeld”) (collectively, “defendants”), to eliminate discrimination on the basis of their disability.
