Priscilla Ann Nolley was convicted of aggravated assault for stabbing James Barnes with a knife. She appeals, contending that the trial court should have granted her motion for directed verdict. Because the evidence was sufficient to support the verdict, we affirm.

In reviewing the denial of a motion for directed verdict of acquittal, we view the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, and the defendant no longer enjoys the presumption of innocence. We do not weigh the evidence or determine witness credibility, but only determine whether the evidence was sufficient…
