[11] Wyoming Bank and Trust (the Bank) appeals an order of the district court awarding priority to a judgment lien ereditor, Janet Haught (Haught), over its mortgages on two tracts of land owned by Joshua Guetz-kow and used as collateral for a series of loans to GCI, Inc. We conclude that the Bank was not on inquiry notice of any claims by Haught to the property, reverse the district court's decision, and remand to the district court for consideration of the effect of Wyo.
