Appellee has filed a motion to dismiss alleging that the order appealed from is neither a final judgment nor an appealable interlocutory order. Appellee has also filed a motion to supplement the transcript. We hold that the order is not appealable as a final judgment and that the appeal was not perfected within the time allowed for appealing an interlocutory order. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal and, therefore, deny the motion to supplement the record as moot.
