Appeal from Guthrie District Gourt. — Hon. J. H. Apple-gate, Judge. Action to recover damages sustained as the result of a personal injury. There was a jury trial, and verdict for plaintiff. A motion for new trial having been overruled, judgment was entered on the verdict. Defendant appeals.
