Claimant Daniel J. Langevin1 has been a voluntary admittee to the Rochester Psychiatric Center (RPC) since at least March 1, 1991. According to the claim, he began to complain of pain to his face, jaw and eye on or about February 22, 1995, which allegedly went untreated resulting in an infection of the brain requiring, inter alia, several surgeries. His claim is for damages for personal injuries resulting from the alleged negligence and medical and dental malpractice of the personnel of RPC.
