MEMORANDUM OPINION
TURK, Chief District Judge.
Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley, Inc. (“Community Hospital”) and Roanoke Memorial Hospital Association, t/a Roanoke Memorial Hospitals (“Roanoke Hospital”), appeal from Orders of the bankruptcy court, entered March 1, 1982, holding inter alia, that various assignments to the hospitals were ineffective. The court finds that the bankruptcy court erred in holding that the assignments were void ab initio under Virginia law. The Order entered in Adversary Proceeding No. 7-81-0422, 21 B.R. 446, is, accordingly, vacated and the case remanded for…
