There are only three issues to be determined under this appeal, as argued and briefed by counsel, which are as follows:(1) The appellants contend that the appellee was an independent contractor at the time his injury was sus-, tained.(2) The appellants contend that the appellee was not employed under any contract of hire, or performing services for a valuable consideration.(3) The appellants contend that the employment, if any, of the appellee was casual and not in the regular course of business of the appellants.
