This is an action by a stockholder of the New York and Queens Electric Light and Power Company (hereinafter referred to as Queens) against that corporation and the Consolidated Gas Company of New York (hereinafter referred to as Consolidated). The complaint states that the plaintiff is suing in behalf of herself and all stockholders of Queens similarly situated who may come in and contribute to the expense of the action.
