Quorum Health Resources, LLC ("QHR")1 requests the Court to certify its appeal of the Court's final judgments directly to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. See Quorum Health Resources, LLC's Memorandum of Law in Support of Its Motion for Certification of Case for Direct Appeal ("Motion")-Docket No. 873.
