OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Kimberly Curtis, appeals from the October 26, 2007, and November 5, 2007, Judgment Entries of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND CASE

{¶ 2} On June 25, 2006, appellant Kimberly Curtis was a passenger on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) operated by appellee Gregory Workman. Appellant and appellee Gregory Workman had been invited by appellees Judith Schmid and Gary Buyer to ride ATV's on their property.
