This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District, Gallatin County, the Honorable W. W. Lessley presiding. Plaintiffs Hillstrom brought this action for a breach of contract against defendant Villano and for an interference with the contract against defendants Gosnay. Plaintiffs sought specific performance of their contract or, in the alternative, actual damages, and for punitive damages.
