This case was instituted in the Fayette circuit court by Mrs. Agnes McGrath, in July, 1912, seeking, u judgment of that court quieting her title to two certain lots *573of land on Patterson Street, in the city of Lexin'gton, and alleging that she was the owner in fee simple of the entire property, and that appellees, Wm. Smith, Harry Smith and Nettie Smith, were asserting some kind of claim to the property and that this assertion of claim, on the part of the appellees, cast a cloud upon her title, which she sought to have removed.
