Reversing.

Suit was instituted in the Martin circuit court by Kate Aldridge, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, L. F. Aldridge, against his heirs and creditors, for the purpose of settling his estate. It is alleged that at the time of his death he was the owner of 200 acres of land in Martin county, in which his widow was entitled to a dower interest.
