DIXON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Druid Hills Company, a corporation, appellee here and plaintiff in the trial court, in a suit in trespass to try title concerning Lot No. 8 in Kiestview Addition in Dallas, Texas.

Appellants, Raymond D. Watson and wife Corrinne A. Watson, claimants of title, and Oak Cliff Savings & Loan Association, claimant of a first lien, made no serious effort to dispute appellee’s legal title to the property in question.
