This was an action of claim and delivery to recover the possession of certain chattels, which plaintiff claimed under a chattel mortgage given him by defendant on January 19, 1911. The contract under which plaintiff claimed the right to recover was a combined agricultural lien and chattel mortgage. It was under seal, and was duly executed by both parties.
