IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF KANSAS G4 INNOVATIONS LLC, et al., Plaintiffs, v. Case No. 2:23-cv-02271-HLT-ADM PACCAR, INC., Defendant. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER This is a class action brought by purchasers of trucks equipped with an engine manufactured by Defendant Paccar, Inc. Plaintiffs are eight entities who purchased trucks requiring repairs due to what they say are faulty fuel injectors in the engines.
