OPINION
RILEY, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Plaintiff-Appellant The Journal Gazette (The Journal) appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of Defendan1>-Appellee the Board of Trustees of Purdue University (Purdue).
We affirm.
ISSUE
The Journal presents two issues for our review which we restate and consolidate as whether Purdue met its burden of proof to allow requested documents to be excepted from the mandatory disclosure of Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act.
