In this original proceeding in habeas corpus, the relator, Charles D. Trembly, seeks release from the Monon-galia County Jail, where he was confined for contempt of court. The contempt arose from the relator’s failure to comply with an order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, requiring him to pay monthly child support and to bear the entire expense of his daughter’s college education.
