MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HADEN, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court. A record has been designated for review and counsel for the parties have submitted their briefs on the issues.

The Appellant, Galo Grijalva, is a physician. He is a native of Equador. The doctor came to this country in 1955 and became a citizen in 1961. He attended medical school in Mexico and graduated in 1975. He completed his residency in pediatrics in 1979 and practiced in that field in Charleston from 1979 to 1985.
