I agree with the Majority’s holding that the good faith exception to the Fourth Amendment exclusionary rule applies in this case, and the search should be upheld on that basis. Most respectfully, I write separately because I am troubled by the implications of the Majority’s holdings in both Stevenson v. State, 455 Md. 709, 168 A.3d 967 (2017), and Moats v.
