Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (Penal Law § 220.21 [1]), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.16 [1]) and conspiracy in the second degree (Penal Law § 105.15), defendant contends that the conviction is not supported by legally sufficient evidence.
