BELL, Circuit Judge:
This appeal by defendant-local unions presents questions arising from the entry of a permanent injunction against the further picketing of the employer-Railway Express Agency (REA) by defendants. The basic question is whether the dispute underlying the suit is major or minor as those terms are used in the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq. With respect to these questions, the international union from the begin ning has agreed with REA that the dispute is minor and for resolution by a Special Board of Adjustment under the Act.
