This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Marion county. On motion of appellees the complaint, filed by appellants, was dismissed for want of equity. By the complaint appellants sought to establish title to certain interests in three separate tracts of real estate, under the last will and testament of Martin Adams, deceased. Martin Adams died on March 21, 1912, a resident of Marion county. He left a last will and testament duly executed by him on April 8, 1902. He was 82 years of age at the time he executed his will.
