MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MAROVICH, District Judge.
Plaintiff Joan R. Frendreis (“Frendreis”) brought this action seeking a determination of her right to coverage under a medical insurance plan issued by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (“BCBSM”). Frendreis seeks coverage for a procedure which will treat her life-threatening breast cancer. The procedure is a form of high dose chemotherapy supported by peripheral stem cell recovery (“HDCT/PSCR”).
