This is an appeal from an order of the Appellate Term reversing a judgment of the .'Municipal Court of the eleventh district, borough *517of Manhattan-; said judgment awarded to the plaintiff a sum of money paid by the plaintiff to the defendants as a deposit under a contract for the purchase of certain- real estate located in Brooklyn.
