LASKER, District Judge.

This action involves a review of the objections to two certifications of contempt by Judge Burton R. Lifland of the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York pursuant to Bankr.R. 9020 and 9033. 1 The certifications occurred in the proceedings in bankruptcy of Sasson Jeans, Inc. (“Sasson”). The defendant, Paul Guez, was the President, Chief Financial Officer, and sole stockholder of Sasson until a trustee was appointed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 704 to manage the debtor company.
