In this appeal, Lillian L. Fox and Robert A. Gold, (Fox) appellants/cross-appellees, and Eric H. Marcus and Irene M. Marcus (Marcus), appellees/eross-appellants, each seek review of a portion of the judgment below. Fox appeals the denial of a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative a new trial, and the award of prejudgment interest. Marcus contests the denial of attorney’s fees.
