This is a proceeding brought to revoke letters of administration theretofore issued to Andrew Shepherd the surviving husband of Ada B. Shepherd, deceased; to secure an order admitting to probate the purported last will and testament of said deceased, and to procure the issuance of letters testamentary to Birdie Graves a sister of said deceased. From an order and decree that said Ada B.
