Appellants urge that the undisputed evidence shows that there was such an agreement ma<^e between defendants and Wright and Mrs. McMahon, as to release defendants trom further obligations for rent. In tills respect appellants are certainly in error, and the error arises from unwarranted conclusions from some statements in the testimony.
