Pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (“Act”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) seeks enforcement of its Decision and Order against J.D. Industrial Insulation Co., Inc. (“Company”), issued on January 10, 1978, and reported at 234 NLRB No. 14.
