Plaintiff alleged that defendant was the owner and operator of a farm in Dubuque county, Iowa, and that he owned and operated a woodcutting machine as a part of his equipment in carrying on his business of farming. Plaintiff was a man 46 years old and was operating a truck farm in the same neighborhood. On or about September 22, 1938, he was temporarily employed by the defendant to help him saw cordwood into one-foot lengths.
