The matter before the Court is the complaint for injunctive relief filed by River Family Farms, Inc. (Debtor). The Court, having reviewed the testimony, pleadings, and briefs of counsel, makes the following Findings, Conclusions, and Order pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7052.
