John and Alice Manning appeal from a judgment dismissing their claims against Bull’s Eye Credit Union and granting declaratory judgment in favor of Paul and Edna Lamb. The Mannings also appeal from a judgment assessing them frivolous claim costs under sec. 814.025(3), Stats., 1 with regard to their third-party complaint against Bull’s Eye.
