Husband and wife entered into a premarital agreement (PMA) that, among other things, provided for the disposition of the parties’ separately acquired homes and any contributions made to husband’s retirement accounts during the parties’ marriage. Following dissolution proceedings, the trial court determined that the PMA was enforceable and distributed the parties’ property in accordance with its terms.
