PER CURIAM. *

11 This disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondent, Wade R. Baggette, an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS

The underlying facts of this matter are extremely complex. By way of background, Helen Smith Fuller (hereinafter referred to as “Helen”) died intestate in May 1976, survived by her daughter and only heir, Jo Anne Fuller (“Jo Anne”).
