These are appeals from a single judgment in two cases consolidated for trial in the court below and for the hearing of the appeals in this court.
In No. 6822, Charles A. Meeker and his wife, Sybil Meeker, brought an action against Ambassador Oil Corporation, Hettie E. Lowder, Merle Smith and W. G. Haun. In their second amended complaint they set up two claims.
