MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKBURN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, James Edward Deerman and Patricia L. Deerman (“the Deermans”) and Francis E. Bauer and Karen A. Bauer (“the Bauers”), filed this putative class action for compensatory, declaratory and injunctive relief 1 seeking cancellation of the obligation in their mortgage contracts to pay for private mortgage insurance (“PMI”).
