This was an action brought by appellee to quiet his title to certain real estate. The appellants answered the complaint by general denial, and also filed their cross-complaint, asking that their title to the same land be quieted. An answer in general denial was filed to the cross-complaint.
The case being submitted for trial, there was a finding in favor of the appellee, with judgment quieting his title. On a new trial, granted as of right under the statute, the finding and judgment were again for the appellee.
