Appellant Robert Paul Revis obtained a verdict on September 16, 1982 of $3,799,211 in a medical malpractice suit brought against Everett Lee, M.D., Brookwood Health Services, Inc., Brookwood Management Services, Inc. and Forsyth County Hospital Authority. A motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, alternately, for new trial was filed by all the defending parties.
