Plaintiffs Reyn’s Pasta Bella, LLC; Jeffrey Ledon Deweese; Barry Leonard, dba Critter Fritters; and- Hat-In-The-Ring Inc., dba Eddie Rickenbacker’s appeal from the dismissal of their complaint seeking damages and injunctive relief for Defendants’ alleged antitrust violations.
