In this consolidated appeal, Frederick Banks, proceeding pro se, appeals from the District Court’s orders denying several post-trial motions filed in his criminal case. For the following reasons, we will affirm.

On October 14, 2004, a jury in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania found Banks guilty on charges of mail fraud, criminal copyright infringement, uttering and possessing counterfeit or forged securities, and witness tampering.
