State v. Knilans

In an information filed in the district court of Daniels county on January 6, 1922, it was charged that this defendant had violated the prohibitory liquor laws on or about December 26, 1921. On January 16, 1923, that information was dismissed on motion of defendant and with the consent of the county attorney. On the same day a new information was filed, and thereafter a demurrer to that information was sustained.
