By motion dated January 14, 1991, the plaintiffs, Leo Tsokalas, Brian Garnett, and Post Newsweek Stations, seek a preliminary injunction enjoining the confiscation of a sketch drawn by the plaintiff Tsokalas, and enjoining a court order prohibiting publication of likenesses of jurors in the state criminal prosecution of Joe Lomax, State v.
