— The plaintiffs, Cole and wife, seek recovery for personal injuries suffered by both of them while riding in their automobile, at the intersection of Scott street and Fifth avenue, in the city of Spokane, claimed by them to be the result of the negligent operation of one of the street cars of the defendant company.
