¶ 1 Appellant Mark Stuart Fremd, M.D., appeals from his judgment of sentence of 18 to 36 months of imprisonment plus 10 years probation following his convictions in Fayette County for three counts of prescribing and/or delivering controlled substances outside the scope of treatment principles, 1 seven counts of insurance fraud, 2 one count of solicitation to deliver a controlled substance, 3 one count of criminal conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, 4 and one count of conspiracy to acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception…
