Plaintiff, on all the dates mentioned herein, was a manufacturer of gasoline and oil, which it sold through local agencies. One of these was located at Pampa in charge of one W. A. Wilson. It is alleged in substance, in a suit filed by plaintiff against defendant, that said Wilson was authorized to collect the proceeds from the "sale of products of plaintiff and deposit them in the designated depository of plaintiff in the city of Pampa * * * that the said W.
